Unfortunately there is a small conflict between Oblivion Fragrance & Unique Landscapes (Ver 2.1.0). One of Oblivion Fragrance's windmills is stuck in a Unique Landscapes object as shown here : https://imgur.com/a/qXpzqc0 .......if anyone knows how to make a patch........
I've seen something similar with the windmill at Weatherleah. Some UL rocks clash with the windmill and seems to cause the fence parts float in the air. Haven't been able to patch it myself since the render window in TES CS tends to crash when I look at world spaces.
I wouldn't mind seeing the conflict you describe for myself. Do you mind giving me the coordinates...... Just go to console and type: SetDebugText 0....and then tdt
My observed conflict coordinates are: 1 19 ....so in console type: coe 1 19 (Sorry if you already know how to do this (I just learnt)

I have a question though ... If I look into your upload file I see a 00 Core folder but not a wizard or OBMM script referring to it so to install this with OBMM I made a .zip file of your meshes,sound and textures folders with your Oblivion Fragrance.esp from which I made an OMOD which I installed using OBMM. If I compare my install with your upload everything seems to be in place. I'm having some - unrelated - problems with my character so I've started using Tiawar's MessageLogger - @ http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/45870/? - and to my surprise I found many references to this mod. They all go like: 2017/06/19 14:56:31 [004D9EEC] [WARNING]Missing object (3E0071C4) for reference (3E0071F0) many more like these, 3E = Oblivion Fragrance.esp
If I open Oblivion Fragrance in the TES4Construction Set all these warnings are back: missing object "010071C4" for reference "010071F0"
And if I open the render window anywhere Fragrance is active I get messages as: Unsupported Object File Meshes\Landscape\FallingLeaves\vc\VaPER\rubish88.nif contains a mesh particle system ! tlindsey remove it

I'm using QTP3 and Oblivion Reloaded ( with all but the Shadows, Grass, and SMAA plug in.
