The solution to fix the hole in the walls of Veyond ruins and others when using the parallax version is to copy the meshes arbridge 1 through 4 .nif from the unofficial patch mod and replace the ones in Gecko's mod. I tested it and there weren't holes anywhere as far as I could see.
I installed both versions with MO2 and noticed a few things. The non parallax version is completely overwritten by the parallax version The parallax version has a lot of additional content, some of it overwriting the UOP
So the only reason for "missing meshes" could be, as rigger321 writes, some broken meshes, probably (only?) arbridge1 - arbridge4.nif which overwrite the UOP files. If I come accross broken aleyid meshes I'll check them.
Umm, there are multiple reports here about some missing meshes with the parallax version of this mod because of conflicts with the UOP (look at the comment at the bottom of this page for the exact files). Is this possibly going to be fixed?

i understand this hole exist in original vanilla mesh which used for this mod
