This mod adds a Low Mana cost, Novice Level Restoration spell that contains all effects listed on this page:

Purchase the spell from Edgar Vautrine.
It does NOT add spell effects such as Reanimate, and does NOT enable effects that are disabled from enchanting/spel

The Spell is available for purchase at Edgar's Discount Spells in the Imperial City Market District.
I decided to make this mod because I didn't really like to hop around from guild hall to guild hall finding and buying the cheapest spell for every effect, especially because that led to a clogged spell screen and a lack of gold at the start of every character.
NOTE: If Edgar doesn't have the spell, try waiting 72 hours and trying again.
