(Note: this is not for anyone looking to play the game seriously.)
I was playing with the Construction Set one day and I found that you can distort faces by right-clicking and dragging, I thought to myself, "What a great idea it would be to alter every single character in the entire game!" I thought wrong. This was almost unbearably tedious after the first 5 minutes, I only came back to it every once in a while and it took about 2 years to finish because of boredom. Anyway, this is not a replacer of any kind, it's just simple alterations in the existing faces in the vanilla game.
It shouldn't conflict with anything that doesn't involve faces, since that's all that was changed. This should be at the bottom of your load order, there's no reason for it to be any higher, just place it under Oblivion's Data folder and activate it under the Data Files in the game's launcher.
Also note that if you start a new game, you must select the Reset option under the Face menu for your character to look normal, and it does not change any characters that you have already made, just new ones. Persuasion works, but you can't really tell the emotions of the characters you are talking to, but like I said, don't play the game seriously with this. To be honest I'm not totally sure if DLC's other than Shivering Isles have the character's faces edited, because the Construction Set doesn't allow me to load those anymore, however the DLC's themselves still work. No DLC's are required to use this, however. SI characters and vanilla characters work properly, and yes, even unused/test characters are altered as well.
