Adds a new set of Sheogorath's Regalia with Glass Armour stats.

NOTE: This does NOT replace Sheogorath's Regalia. It simply makes a new copy, which has the stats of (but weighs a bit less than) Glass Cuirass, Glass Greaves, Glass Boots, and Glass Gauntlets combined (as the Regalia covers your torso, legs, hands and feet).
I may change this later, but for now, they don't appear in the world, and instead have to be added through the console.
To obtain these (though I'd recommend waiting until the end of the Shivering Isles storyline for roleplay), type "player.additem XX000ED3 1" (without the quotes) into the console. Replace "XX" with the load order of this mod.
