    Sticky
    Update
    ==============
1.2 (Typo in the ReadMe and OMOD Conversion)

You are now required to purchase a Deed to Dandelion Farm from Gunder at Colovian Traders in Skingrad, purchasing the deed will add a key to the players inventory that is needed to unlock the house. The Deed is set to be valued 3,000 but Gunder will sell it for cirka 4,500 Gold depending on the players disposition and mercantile.

The Pathgrid has been updated and the cat Haze should not be stuck below the floor anymore.

Enchanting Stone has been removed by request.

    -

It is recommended to download the updated file available in the file-section as it's the one who is the most free from bugs and pathing problems, other than that the original file works as well but it is not recommended to bring any followers into the house as I can't promise the said follower wont get stuck or otherwise bug out - so please see to that you download the updated file.

I am not to be held responsible for missing followers otherwise, if it does happen to be the case that they do become stuck inside the updated house do send me a PM and I will look into solving any pathing problems for the future.

    Issues
    ==============
The Dark Elf woman that is set to wander outside Skingrad High Gate tends to show up at the farm every now and then, as the player approaches she wanders off again and loiters about in the outskirts of the farm instead of returning to the road below the Skingrad bridge. I do not know what is causing this, but as she is not involved in any plots or has any dialogue of importance it is nothing that will ruin the game or the players experience.

This is one of the best house mods I've seen. The interior is extremely well done and unique. I was crushed to find out this conflicts with Better Cities Skingrad.

I like the look of this farm, it's always nice to have more
Does it have conflicts with Unique Landscapes?

I have no idea in all honesty!

I don't think it should as I have no memory of any edits to this area by any of the UL's.
      No promises though!

This is a really good mod. Just curious though; what mods are you using for the saturated look in your pictures? And did you add those trees yourself, or are they from a separate mod?

They are from Lush and Gaudy Floriana Gloria!

It's written in the description, as it looks very different without it.

    hey,
I would like to ask for some features (both addiction and removal) to make this 'farm' as lore-friendly as possible.

    - Make it buyable (suggestion: Gunder in skingrad)
    - Remove the enchanting althar
    - I don't know if having the animals delivered when they are killed is ok, especially when it happens for free.
    - Make the containers inside the house non respawnable

    I had to ask

      Those are some good points.

-What I know all the containers inside the house are non-respawnable except the rat and clam-meat, I may have missed one or two though so can't guarantee it.
-Yeah the animal delivery bothers me a little, they are set to respawn just for the sake of it currently.
-About buying and such as it adds dialogues etc. I've never done that before so I'm in the learning process right now as I'm working on a worldspace which will involve fully packaged NPCs and such.

      Thanks

Update: The enchanting station has been removed in an update, and you need to purchase the house from Gunder now.

Thank you! You are a boss.

Just another hint if you don't mind. Remember to clean your mods from ITM and UDR via Tesedit.

Instructions on the why, here: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/TES4Edit_Cleaning_Guide

By the way, is it just my 'feeling' or there is so much clutter that I would have loved to be selectable? More than once I've seen potions and stuff of this sort that I can't click, or gold coins in the desk unselectable. Why don't you put a higher price and sub that stuff with 'real' equipment?

I'd like to have clutter being able to respawn, alas I don't know how to do that.

So they are put as static since I don't want to stumble around like an elephant in a chinashop!

Oh my god. That title screenshot looks like it was taken directly from a Zelda game - which is a great thing! It looks so cozy, I want to move in!

Congrats on your first release. This house looks very warm and inviting. I'm sure it'll be a hit.

First release? Wow! Nice work out of the starting gate!

Having done a couple of buildings with mezzanines in my own, I admire your courage in tackling the pathgridding for that in your first mod. :-)

      Thanks!

I've only made followers in Skyrim before, and started on a house there that I never finished

Edit: I need to update the pathgridding, seems I missunderstood the tutorial on it and only added one large path *Facedesk*
      Have to get that sorted!

Pathgridding is a giant pain in the rear, but necessary. BTW, I forgot to mention in my earlier comment, you did an outstanding job on the cluttering. Those are the little details that really bring an environment to life.

@MsFrankenstein: What's your screen name for Skyrim modding? I went over to the Skyrim Nexus but a search by your author name didn't pull any results. I wanted to check out your other mods. :-)

Oh that is probably because I don't have any Skyrim mods, this is the first one I've released for any game. The followers I mentioned were for private use in my game and fanfic-series

But if you want to see my Skyrim gallery ou can just click my profile and select skyrim in the dropdown menu

You had me at cats, but with farmhouse and garden -- even better.  The screenshots look great, and I'm looking forward to taking a good look around.  Nice loft, too!  This looks like a very easy Endorse.
