Have you ever played the first EMC by HawkleyFox? A huge overhaul for the music system!
I got permissions from him and Scanti to take their plugins EMC and SoundCommands and merge them in EMC2. Well...not only merge them. I also improved them!
EMC2 include all commands from SoundCommands, has a file ini for configuration reasons and more commands to better manipulate the music (pause, resume, stop, restart, next track, alter music speed, set fade in/out times, set a fixed or random delay for battle music, ...)

This God created EMC some years ago and the Oblivion music system changed to the better!
He made many improvement and added new way to manipulate the music.A great job!
Unluckily, when he decided to stop the development, EMC was still not complete.
The plugin had some little bugs left and many commands were waiting for an implementation.
