This mod adds in the missing tunnel between the Imperial waterfront and the Imperial Temple district. I have populated this tunnel with various merchants, beggars and other ne\'erdo wells that take advantage of this reasonably busy thoroughfare to ply a trade.

This mod adds in the missing tunnel between the Imperial waterfront and the Imperial Temple district. I have populated this tunnel with various merchants, beggars and other ne'erdo wells that take advantage of this reasonably busy thoroughfare to ply a trade.
Over all I have tried to make the area look as if it's run down and in decline, the remnants of a busier period. It houses both its own district watch, and also the Imperial Legion Customs. Opposed to these are a faction of Smugglers, and two major gang factions.
Currently interaction between all factions is sparse at best, my next task is to start adding quests; however, as this will undoubtedly take quite a bit of time it seemed the best course to realise what I currently have, as it is pretty much 100% functional now.
