This mod is meant to enhance the war atmosphere in Oblivion. Spells of War will allow you to conjure up lots of different allies and enemies to do battle. This can lead to a lot of things. It can simply enhance your battles in the actual world of Oblivion, help you fight your way through dungeons, create epic battles and chaos, whatever you want to do. My goal was to fit in as many vanilla factions as possible. You'll be able to summon members of almost all the major and minor factions in the game. If there is a faction you want that isn't already there, you message me and I'll make a squad just for you and upload an updated ESP for all.

Instructions!
=============================================
Head to the Merchants Inn, located in the Imperial City Market District.
There you'll find Jameson DeWitt with all your spells of war for cheap!
Deploy Troop will mean it's friendly, Conjure Troop will mean it's hostile.
Once you have your spells take CAUTION! Don't summon 100 bandits in the IC Market District.
If your computer can't handle it, it will crash or decrease FPS. It's all vanilla which helps.
You'll start to notice that your summoned troops don't kick in immediately when mass spawned.
Oblivion's engine does not like a lot of actors in one cell, so it takes time for the AI to kick in.

====SOLUTION!=====
There is a way around this! Don't worry! (Remember to only summon what your PC can handle.)
To get all AI to begin simultaneously follow these steps! It's really awesome. :)

-In game press ~ to open up the console
--Type in "tai" minus the parenthesis, This will shut off AI and render all actors motionless.
---With AI OFF, Summon your friendly and enemy troops and position them as you please.
----Now open the console back up with ~ and type in "tai" again and do not close the console!
-----Save w/ the console still up, exit the game to the menu, and load the save.
------When loaded all units will fly into bloody, fast paced, violence. :D

====CAUTION====
Now that you are all ready to start having goblin wars, ambushes, and other sorts of skirmishes, there are a few things you should know!

Some, not all, of the summoned creatures/npcs, have AI and scripts. This means that when they are spawned with nothing to fight they will begin marching towards their scripts destination.
This can lead to some really awesome things and some laggy things.

-->Pros: As you explore Cyrodiil you'll see troops traveling on the roads which can lead to some really awesome battles and ambushes.

--Cons: Lets say you summon an Imperial Squad over and over, and nothing is there to kill those Legionaries. They will go back to wherever it is there AI tells them to go and do shit, if nothing kills them they keep living forever. So eventually you market district is just full of guards. This is extra incentive to keep your battles even. For the sake of your game people!!

Next and last precaution! Some units do respawn!

Pros: If you have a huge battle at fort nikel, it's likely when you next return another epic battle will be taking place once it respawns.

Cons: If you summon an assload of goblin in the IC Market District, it's likely that when it's respawn time they will spawn right back into the market district. Which might be awesome depending on your preference.

====Misc====

This is my first mod I've ever uploaded to the public so feedback is cruciaaal and much appreciated! :) If there is a squad you'd like to see then let me know and I'll get on it. If feedback is positive then I plan to make more editions with requirements such as Shivering Isles, Knights of the Nine, Armamentarium, Etc.

Thank you much for checking this out! It's a whole new way to play TES:IV and very awesome for roleplayers out there. For the Total War in all of us.
