Why do you have to live in that crappy shack the count gives you, when there's a beautiful uninhabited manor avaliable?
This mod lets you use the Blackwood Company Hall as a home after you finish the Fighters Guild questline, the place will be renamed to Blackwood Manor and Jeetum-Ze's and Ri'Zakar's rooms are renamed to Guest Quarters and Master Quarters, the basement and training halls are also renamed. The key to the training hall is inside the lectern on the desk in the second floor. After you get the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw the tree and the machines will be removed from the basement and a few chest will be added. In case the basement is still the same install the optional file "Blackwood basement"
I added a chest with the Blackwood Company savings in the Master Quarters and a secret jewerly box with many treasures hidden somewhere in the manor (hint: you will need high acrobatics to find it)
Installation: place the .esp in your data folder
This is my first mod, I hope you like it.
