it changes guards weapons from silver to normal ones
except the palace guards
so not every guard is a vampire hunter
version 1 only affects imperial guards
version 2 affects all normal guards
version 3 changes all guards except palace guards level to 20
version 4 makes all guards except the palace guards stop respawning
the mortal guards addon makes the palace guards level 20 and stop respawning
