Sorry, let me explain it better. In the reclaiming sancre tor nexus page there are two links for the download: tesalliance and reclaiming sancre tor.com. Now, I try both, but there is no download avalaiable. Where and how I can download the mod?
TBH I couldn't answer that. I'm not involved with the RST mod author in any way. Just made a few patches for it here and there. And as I said haven't actually played the game in a while. Spend most of my time these days doing 3D modeling.

EDIT: You got my curiosity up, so I took a look at the RST nexus page. Everything is there for download on the files tab. the .esp, Meshes, Sounds, and Textures. IDK if that is the most up to date version but the files are there.
The comment section on nexus page is disabled, sadly. I've seen the files, but what does it means ''required primary expansion file''? I don't understand if there are missing file or not. Thank you, anyway
Just means it is required to make the mod work. Nothing is missing, all the pieces are there. In fact you need all of them to make the mod work. You just have to DL them separately instead of having it packaged into one neat folder like the main website had. Shame that site is gone. And Tes Alliance has lost quite a few files over the years also.
Ok so I found a conflict, thing is, I dont know if this is between KDQ and RST, or if UL is included
Basically, there are some floating rocks and tree's near Futurus X's Lost Palace, including a floating Manhole Cover called "Exit" which is added by RST. No land tear at least.
Let's pretend for a moment that I haven't played the game in several years. Most of my free time goes to making mods of one sort or another. While i have used both of those mods, I surely don't remember where that location is in the game. Can you give me some location info? A game cell coordinate would be very helpful so I can take a look and see for myself.

I did a quick check and neither Kragenir's or RST edit cell -27,25. RST is right next door in cells -26, 25 and -25,25. But Kragenir's doesn't do anything near that area. The closest is -27,4...many cells away.
So Decided to check that little mausoleum it has there, and thats the place where you finish the quest "Purifying the blade" from the Archfiend mod.
So I guess thats the conflicting mod! still no clue why that Manhole says its from RST. Or it has the Futurus X name, which is from KDQ, guess some conflicts in the IDs?
I've recently updated the patches found on this page. Made a few minor corrections and updated the UL patch to be compatible with Unique Landscapes v2.0. As such it is now split into two versions for either Merged UL or Separate UL.
You might want to add a second version that's compatible with the Cliffs of Anvil UL.
Both RST and KDQ have patches for that UL, but the landscape changes in this patch are in conflict with those changes. I tested removing your landscape changes in TES4Edit (so that your patch only relocates the camp), and everything appears to work well using a load order of: KDQ RST UL RST UL Patch KDQ UL Patch Your KDQ-RST Patch Modified
Way ahead of you. I realized it may be a good addition shortly after posting this file. Said patch is already created but have to wait for approval from RST author, per his requirements. In the meantime anyone who has the know how to follow your example can easily do it for themselves.
Optional file added which gives 3 way compatibility for Kragenirs, RST, and UL Cliffs of Anvil. You will not need any other patches to make these three mods specifically work together.
