Bethesda games are plagued by jerky unrealistic movement. This mod aims to fix that.

Features:
Movement is no longer instant and jerky - You subtlely accelerate to max speed
Slopes - Steep slopes will slow your movement and cause you to lose traction
Air control - You no longer move like you're walking when in the air - friction is only applied while on the ground and it takes longer to change direction in the air.
