About this mod

This mod contains static furniture pieces to help decorate homes.

This mod was a little late in coming simply because I keep adding to it as I make furniture pieces I need/want. I figured if I don't stop myself now this will never be released. Also, this mod was originally going to be two seperate mods, one living room/study furniture set and the other a bedroom furniture set (this is why both beds have the same bedspreads). Once I realzed all the pieces could be mixed and matched pretty well together; I decided to release both sets as one modder's resource.

This is a modder's resource ONLY. There is no esp, you have to place these in the game yourself using the Construction Set.

This mod has quite a variety of furniture pieces to help decorate just about any style home except for lowerclass (I think the wood looks too rich for them, but hey to each his own). I kept the trim simple and the wood a rich color so it could work with just about anything. I tried to avoid retexturing Bethesda stock furniture, because I feel that would defy the whole point of making new furniture for the game. There are a few pieces that could be retextured easily, but alot of the pieces I had to use a custom texture (it includes the wood and trim) in order to get the detail I wanted.

The screenshots show the pieces decorated, but keep in mind there are no accessories on the furniture pieces themselves (the only exception to this is the pillows on the daybed). There are two versions of the canopy bed, one with pillows and one without. In nifskope it shows the pillows interfering with the furniture markers, but since I can't see myself while resting anyway I don't really care. But I went ahead and included a non pillow version just in case.

I am also including my set of desk clutter and a small stack of papers as seen in the screenshot just in case anyone wants them. Also included is the picture shown with the table in the foyer.

Some of the pieces in the screenshots show a marble top, with the exception of one table and side table (the marble top is built in), these pieces are actually plain on top. I have created marble inserts to go any piece of furniture to create a marbled look. These marble inserts are included in this mod.

There are alot of furniture pieces not shown in screenshots simply because I have yet to find a place for them. So here is a list of all the items included in this mod.
