I was sick of the Bravil squalor, so I took one of the nicest Bravil architectures and made an upper-class home with it. There wasn't enough room inside the city proper so I put it on an island right off the coast, connected by a bridge. The result is a great-looking vanilla house with all the amenities, including a magic room with spellmaking/enchanting altars, a guest bedroom with two beds for your companions, a dock on the water, and a few other goodies. Total of 28 safe containers and one respawning trash bin. Fully pathgridded; sleeps four. Look for the map marker "Bravil Bay Island" just south of Bravil.
Notes: If you follow the bridge to the mainland, you will see a small door on the outside of the city wall. You can enter Bravil through here instead of fast-traveling if you prefer.
This house uses a mesh from the (most excellent) Meo's Modular Fireplaces pack. Please download the pack, open its Meshes folder, and copy/paste the Meo folder into your Oblivion>Data>Meshes folder before using my mod. The pack is available here: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/27171
