I've decided to go ahead and start releasing some of my retextured furniture (remapped by me) and custom accessories. This first release is for a bathroom. I wanted to go with something that looked a little different from the Bethesda norm, but could still work ingame.

If you don't like the new textures on the furniture simply replace them with Bethesda stock or whatever texture you fancy. But I will warn you, I redid alot of the UV mapping on each piece so it might look a little funny when you go to retexture it. I would suggest downloading the original meshes and just retexture them instead (trust me it will be easier). I also made a few additional permanent modifications to the washstand by adding a soap dish and soap; you will not find those on the original mesh by Stroti in case you look for them. But I have included them here separately.

As usual there is no esp with this mod and all the pieces are static.

This mod includes:

Washstand Complete with Accesories
Three Towel Sets
Three Individual Towels in Different Colors
Soap Basket
Soap Dish
Toilet Paper Holder
Toilet Paper Set
Toilet and Matching Door
Linen Shelf Complete with Towels
Linen Shelf
Towel Rack
Towel Rack with Shelf
Bathroom Rug
Two Bathroom Shelves (One Short and One Long)

None that I can think of since there is no esp included with this mod. If you do find a problem with anything in this mod feel free to contact me and I will do my best to try and fix it. Please do not hesitate to point out anything that might be wrong since I am only human and although I try to be thorough, I still make mistakes.

1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Drag and drop the meshes into the Construction Set under the Static tab, except for the Toilet Door (that goes under the Door tab in the CS).

1.Simply delete the RM folder ( I like to keep things simple).

You can find me on TESNexus.com under RileyMarks

JBVW - Vaernlor Manor (basket texture and wood trim texture. Soap dish mesh and picture frame mesh and textures)
Stroti - New Furniture II (washstand and linen shelf meshes). Alchemy New (wood texture)
Kaizit - (Furniture Sets for Bathroom (toilet and toilet paper mesh along with mirror and water texture)
Oblivimonk - Tollingbrook Hollow Home (towel and towel rack mesh)
Garnet - Pinewood Home (lavender bag mesh and textures; soap by Antistar retextured by Garnet)

The paintings are from the talented painter Frederick Edwin Church which I got from google pics on the internet.

The rest of the meshes and textures are either Bethesda stock or ones I made myself.
