The original mod (http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/31955) is still required. This is just an update to the code which I had comment on (and someone brought to my attention), that makes sure the settings you asked for, are reapplied each time you swap areas (sadly, you get the "... added" messages a lot, but it makes sure things work properly. Should be fine to use. I am in no way, the original author. A shame Growlf has moved on, but that does happen.

Please post all comments on the original mod, as thats where they should go.
