For some reason, these textures don't show up at all in-game. I've done everything right, and I'm using the steam version of Oblivion. Perhaps the mods Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul and Deadly Reflex are conflicting with this? Those are the only big mods that I currently have installed, the others only being Lost Spires, Darnified UI, and Alternate Start. I've tried several other weapon replacers, but none have worked. Advice?
i know this is extremely late but if for anyone else i dont think you unpacked uing 7zip or winrar i think you may have just plopped it in your data folder
Insanity, man I'm glad I clicked on your account coming from Weapons of Morrowind. This is amazing work! (I didn't even know that it was you who did WIP either I learned something tuhday)
I have a soft spot for realism and continuity... Realism- as in a sheath for a sword, regardless of the sword's class or body equip location. And continuity- as in: I can use the same sword for the same character (an immortal, of course) in both Oblivion AND Skyrim. Being able to tie the two games together in as many ways as possible builds on the believability in continuation for character builds who could easily live through the 3rd era and well into the 4th. For this small but significant contribution to realism and the continuity b/w TES4 & 5- you have my heartfelt thanks!
i want the bright gold inlay like pic#2 - anyone know how to do that? pretty sure its not included in this mod...
EDIT : my bad - it is there as the alternate texture; I had it as an either/or in WB sub-folder, not an overwrite. ie. I wasnt installing the Insanity's mesh with bright gold inlay version.
