Add a slow motion effect to the world, and your body, falling slowly to the ground... Although the mod is indeed slow motion, the sound stay like if they were in the normal speed. Oh, and notes that the Adoring Fan will still yell at you "BY AZURA BY AZURA" when you are death. Recommended mods that go well with it : Lynges Unlimited Death Reload Time ( http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/16217/? ) and your own custom sad music for death.
BUG = Upon reloading a game, it may but i said "may" continue being slow motion.
