Thanks to this (very) little mod, you can now start the game being a vampire ! The mod adds a stone next to the spawn that you can activate to be turned in a vampire. You have two choices : a tombstone which will turn you into the most powerful vampire form, or another which will only give you the disease. If you choose the last one, wait 3 days and then sleep in the bed roll I have added. This will not trouble the main quest's start if you do it before the NPCs arrive.
No requirement, you only have to enable vampirestart.esp.
