Adds working dice available from "Good as New" in the Imperial City Market District.

Drop the dice from your inventory and let the dice settle.
Pick the dice up and go again.
Limitations:
I have noticed problems when using the click and hold method with multiple dice,
but it wont break anything.
Currently nothing is done with the dice roll, I hope some modder will be able to fix that.
Options:
By default you will get messages displaying the number you rolled.
This can be changed in game from the console, type:
"set P1DdiceGdebug to 0" to remove the messages
"set P1DdiceGdebug to 1" to get the default messages
"set P1DdiceGdebug to 2" to get dice numbers and some debug info
"set P1DdiceGdebug to 3" to get script progress info
