Training cost and level fix

By kyoma, aka KyoParadox

A small and simple OBSE plugin that does exactly what the description says. If you weren't aware, when entering the training menu the cost of a training session was determined not from your base level in the skill to train, but from your current one. Plus, the max skill level that a trainer could offer you was also capped to your current skill level.

Which meant that when affected by a fortify magic effect to the skill that you wanted to train, the cost of the training session would be higher than what your base skill level would suggest. And the trainer would not be able to train you further when your current skill level was at his max training level, until the enchantment or spell affecting your skill wore off. The opposite was true for drain skill magic effects. Thus, Fortify Skill was an impediment to training, while Drain Skill was an exploit.

That is no longer true with this plugin installed. The cost and max level of your training sessions now ignores alterations to the base value of your skill. So you can wear whatever enchantments and spells you like when talking to a trainer and not worry about the cost being incorrectly calculated.

Install
Move the file obse_training_fix.dll to your "Oblivion\Data\obse\plugins" folder. This plugin requires OBSE v20 or higher.
To uninstall, simply remove that file.
