I made this mod to get around Oblivion's lock picking mini game but I also didn't want to have to equip lock picks every time to unlock something as with other mods. This mod accounts for keys, the skeleton key, lock picks, security skill use, crime, locks picked stat, and picks broken stat. I used Morrowind's formula for unlock chance with apprentice quality lock pick multiplier (effectively no modifier).
One feature different from vanilla Oblivion is that the skeleton key grants a guaranteed unlock and one security skill use increment. I felt this was a better system than having to continuously attempt picking with the skeleton key until success.
Uses tools in this order: 1. Keys 2. Skeleton key 3. Lock picks
::Updates:: :v1.6: Fixed an issue with attempting to pick locked doors that the GUI shows as unlocked. Removed "Your crime has been reported!" message as it can mislead players due to the game's dead actor detection bug. Crime function still works normally otherwise.
::Compatibility:: May have issues with other mods that use a script to control activation (Disable/EnableControl, and TapControl).
