Mod looks great but as others has mentioned can cause CTD because they're so high rez, using a reduced version should work or something that improves how much ram oblivion can use

There are two ways to increase memory usage for Oblivion:

      1. ENBoost: You need this version of ENB, extract the "injector" version into your Oblivion installation folder (where the Oblivion.exe is, NOT in Data), then extract the enblocal.ini corresponding to your system from ENBoost. That should already be sufficient, ENB should automatically start with Oblivion now (you'll see some text in the main menu if it worked). ENBoost adds an additional 4GB of memory capacity to the game through a second process that runs alongside Oblivion.exe and stores data if the game is close to or over the limit

      2. Oblivion Reloaded: I highly recommend the unofficial Lite version, which is much less cluttered than the official version you get at tesreloaded.com. It comes with a MemoryManagement setting that allows the game to use basically unlimited VRAM (depending on how much your graphics card has, of course), as the graphics data doesn't have to be also stored in RAM any more. The 4GB Ram limit doesn't exist for VRAM, so you really can use all you have, if you want. However, when I wanted to test this I actually had a hard time exceeding 3GB VRAM usage, even with 4x Upscaled textures - I actually had to convert the textures to uncompressed .dds and remove mipmaps (so the full size has to be loaded at all times), but then I maxed out at 7GB (as in, I didn't have any VRAM left). RAM usage, however, was never more than 1GB during all this. One very minor drawback is that you have to play in (borderless) window mode, as Alt-Tab no longer works with this setting.

This mod is causing CTDs (crash to desktops) when installed along with QarlTP3, OBGEv3, FCOM, Better Cities, Unique Landscapes, Streamline, All Natural, 200% trees, and Region Revive Lake Rumare. I've tried not installing the conflicting files with QarlTP3 from Trees HD, but it was not a solution. This mod is just texture files, so I can't possibly imagine what is going wrong.

I do not know if you are serious or just trying to troll.

For anyone wondering: This mod does not cause crashes.
There is no pc on earth that can handle all the stuff Troy1010 has installed.
Oblivion is not skyrim and it uses only one cpu. I guess you have a cpu overclocked to 8 ghz and a ultrahigh-end graphic card? And I wonder if that would suffice..

This mod is good, but I would advise to use the reduced HD version

There's twelve textures in this package that are from my Improved Trees & Flora series.5 normal maps and 7 color maps. The normal maps are exactly the same as the ones in my texture pack. The color maps are upscaled versions of my textures with a crack overlay added. Permission was not asked nor credit given as requested in my read me. I would like the twelve textures removed from this set.

My bad. I forgot that I used your textures. I am really sorry.
I have given credit to you, thanks for reminding.

I've tried the HD textures (in Nehrim). They look really good, but I had a noticeably increasing of stuttering (with my Nvidia GTX 680). Then I've checked the dds files and recognized that the textures are obvious oversized (im my opinion). Many textures have a resolution of 4096x2048 or 2048x2048. Apart from this some textures (normal maps) have a (pitch black) alpha channel that doesn't make any difference visually but makes the files unnecessary larger.

Now, I've created a reduced version of the tree bark HD textures where the 4096x2048s are scaled down to 2048x1024 and the 2048x2048s to 1024x1024. Furthermore the unnecessary alpha channels were removed. The total size of the texture package was reduced to less than one-third of the original one. The visual difference is hardly noticeable and the performance impact is not as drastic anymore. Mip maps are also included of course.

I may upload the reduced textures if there is any interest, but I guess I should ask Darooz or/and amnes first?

    And by the way: Endorsed!

I would be interested. Of course that is up to amnes/Darooz. Darooz doesn't seem to be active anymore. His website has been down for awhile.

Wow...tree bark that looks like tree bark instead of some gooey fuzzy smeary stuff! Nice improvement to the game.

this bark looks much nicer! I don't use highres textures that often, but I love the ones that make nature look better. I'll have to try this out.

Don't get me wrong, but I think you're doing a disservice to your mod by only showing one image for it... Perhaps something like before/after comparison images would be good?

    @itgfreak
No, if you want enhancement for leaves and flowers, you can install 'Improved Trees and Flora' or other leaves mods. Please remember to install my mod AFTER them, in case tree textures may be overwritten.
