Doubt this will be answered but HOW do I enable for companions? I dropped a ring of repair in their inventory but nothing happens. Do I also need to give them a controller? When I try the companion option, it says no companion registered.

    I say It's just incredible.

Right, mods like "Companion Vilja" and "Knights Of The Nine: Revelation" are what have made the history of Oblivion.
But am I the only one who finds, at best, destructive the idea of having to repair and recharge each companion's own gear?
Roaming around Cyrodiil even with a small party, if player and NPCs could talk, be like: "How's your sword? And your armor? Didn't you broken already that Daedric cuirass I gave you? Oh God I've finished the hammers. Do you have any spare soul gems? Let me check your inventory. No that's my inventory. Again let me see your gear..."
Solution? Going around with companions wearing enchanted dresses (unbreakable) and using Durable Daedric weapons (slow to ruin).

    Else...

    This mod.
In my life of player, having modded tons of gigabytes of games and having modified as much mods, I've never seen such a coding, even if for a relatively "small" feature.
Ini settings, with their relative comments, instructions and in-game menus are as precise and clear as I've never seen.
This mod can be configured in any aspect, by anyone, and it's scripting is virtually perfect. With this, not only a plague that pestered Oblivion for years has been ereased, but it can be done by fine tuning to satisfy any taste of any player.
I really would like to thank Kldkld1 for this work. In one word, it's superb.
Would other works I've dealt with have been like this...

    Nedless to say, ENDORSED!

      Hello, Scaringella.
Thank you for not only using it, but also for your comments for the inside of mod.
Yes, the player character and companions probably have a conversation like that.
I'm happy if this mod will help to create an atmosphere of adventure in addition to automation.

Hi, so when I load the AAR controller it's not in English or Japanese. Just this odd gibberish. Help?

      Sorry for my poor english.
That option is whether or not to use actor's armor skill to the restore of health.
      For example,
That option is [ON], your weapon's maximum health is 500, current health is 0.

In this case, your weapon will be restored 500(maximum) after the repair execution of one time.
(This maximum value will change by your setting of "Max repair health of equipment..."

When that option is [OFF], your weapon will be restored according to your armor skill.

Hi, does this affect NPCs or only the player?
The Bethesda did a really poor job of not making npcs repair their weapons.

It would be fantastic if you added that feature to everyone

The player repairs/recharges the equipment by having the ring.(Option change requires.)
NPC repairs/recharges the equipment by the ring or using the spell to the NPC.

    Thanks for the mod.
Small annoying bug that also occurs with your mod and also Auto Repair" mod. If you fix items above 100% items in the bag go missing.

It would be nice if you can limit the fix to 100% or at least have the option to do so.

    Bug discussed here:

    In response to post #11401823.

There is a long standing bug in the game that if you repair an item over 100% and then put it into a container the game will eventually stop showing the over repaired item in the container contents list. The item is still there, just not shown in the list. If you take out an item and then check, your "missing" item will eventually be displayed in the list. This bug doesn't affect items repaired only to 100%.

I'm thinking your Quick Wardrobe is just a special mod added container, and your character is expert or master armorer skill. As your items get repaired automatically above 100% they're disappearing off your wardrobe's displayed contents list (but not necessarily actually missing). You could turn off the expert repair perk in this mods ini (thus only automatically repairing only to 100%) and see if you stuff stops disappearing.

In my own game I stop repairing items before they hit 100% and then go to an armorer to complete the repair for just that reason (thus when I store my loot in my house's containers the inventory is always correctly displayed). A little trick I've discovered which will get all your stuff back is use "Take All" to completely empty any container that has items in it that are repaired beyond 100%. Be prepared for over-encumbrance (you could alternately do it in batches until near the end ... just don't put anything back in until you've completed all my steps). With all of the items in your regular inventory go to an armorer and request "Repair All" (will only work if you have at least one item that is below 100%). When the armorer repairs all your items he/she will "unrepair" your 125% items to 100%. I use this trick all the time if I happen to repair an item beyond 100% ... works a treat. You'll need to disable this mod until after you get things set back to right.

Thank you for the comment. Sorry for the late reply.
I'm not good at english, sorry if there was a strange english.

      I'll add the option.

As is in the described, there is a case that above 100% items are not shown in the container. This is oblivion's behavior.
I have published another mod to assist avoiding this behavior without using blacksmith service when you keep items to house's container.
I have uploaded it to 4shared because I made it when I saw discussion of this behavior in another BBS.
Please try the mod if you feel up to it.
You can find the URL in the readme file of my mod.
The mod name is "Fix equipment health". English version is included.

So with this new version (2.60) companions can repair items in their inventory but not currently worn?
Excellent! Vilja immediately removes broken equipment and I find she is often left running around in her, fetching but not exactly combat-appropriate, blue dress - albeit with gauntlets and shield, which just looks odd.

      Thank you for the comment!
Version 2.60 can repair equipment in companion's inventory.
This mod will try to repair/recharge the equipment is currently wearing first,
if currently equipment isn't repaired at this time, then try to repair items in inventory.
I'm glad if this mod help your companions.
