My scripting skills are nil atm so this is a quick and dirty house purchasing mod. You get all of Agarmir's stuff, no need to spend more money furnishing an already furnished house. Just mind the bones and that nasty blood splatter on the basement floor. It beats that crappy shack on the waterfront. If you have already bought the house but the quest won't end open your console and type (without " ") "setstage htp01 30" or "player.setstage htp01 30"
Simple install, just extract the one file in the rar to your Oblivion Data folder and activate it. No other files required although you need to have the latest TES4 version installed.
