This is a written guide with pictures, on how to edit \"VipCxj\'s Real High Heels System\" scripts to realise improved Frames Per Second, which is a reported bug with this Mod. Whether you\'re a script editor or not this guide will quickly show you how to make the changes Easily and Successfully - first time. Beginners Welcome!

NOTE: The reason I created this guide is to make VipCxj's Real High Heels System more popular to everyone* by illustrating how to easily improve any lowered FPS with a simple fix devised by red6.
However, since writing this guide, it's come to my attention that some users don't suffer a real decrease in game FPS from their RHH system. Obviously, some computers handle the mod differently as others have reported a real decrease. Therefore, it's up to you to decide whether you have a sufficient enough FPS decrease to warrant using my corrective guide. If you decide to try the simple edit anyway, it won't hurt anything and you will have the assurance that any slight FPS drop due to the high running scripts will be fixed. So, to help determine any need for my guide, I have given a link to a popular and FREE FPS display app (FRAPS) at the end of this page, so you can see any drop in your game's FPS rate, real-time, while using V's Real High Heels (as long as you take an FPS reading before installing Real High Heels so as to use it as a comparison after installing the mod).
I recommend anyone playing a female character to try VipCxj's RHH System out, it really is a fine modification. - and now it's red6 & NexusKnight approved... (BTW, I'm not affiliated with VipCxj in any way, I'm just a very satisfied user of his wonderful Real High Heels mod.)
An Overview...
It was red6 who discovered that VipCxj's Real High Heels script had a count discrepency in it, that didn't adversely affect the heels, just the player's Frames Per Second (FPS). The high heels worked just fine (mostly) and the script worked just fine, but at a dramatic loss of the users FPS, (-17 FPS reported) because each of the four scripts controlling the high heels, was instructed to run 100 times a second, says red6 !
So, red6 devised a personal fix for this problem and left his comment about it on VipCxj's download page, here on the TesNexus. His fix was more like a quick outline really, and not enough for anyone, inexperienced with the utilities involved in script editing, to fully understand and implement.
I decided to try red6's fix myself because I'm an adventurer and risk-taker, and I figured, how difficult can it be for a complete novice? Well, I soon discovered it was difficult to follow without a little background research and practice. In fact, the first attempt at fixing the scripts was a complete failure and I soon realized this was not an easy thing to do for everyone. It was too easy for a novice to make a disastrous mistake and break the Mod. So, instructions were necessary if every one of Vip's (English speaking) fans was going to be able to do this right.
And so, my "VipCxj High Heels System - FPS Fix - An EMERGENCY Guide (red6 approved & with pics)!" was created. I designed it for everyone* to use, even for the non-technical player. It's a short, simple-to-use, step-by-step, illustrated set of fool-proof directions, that are tested and proven to work and guaranteed Risk-Free, if you follow the detailed color-coded instructions.
Now everyone* will be able to easily edit V's High Heels scripts with my quick downloadable guide that's been carefully designed with your SUCCESS and FUN in mind! WOW... even if you're a novice, your 1st script editing success is only a fingertip away!!!
By using this guide, I promise you, even if you're a beginner, in 15-30 minutes you could be realizing improved FPS while using V's Real High Heels System - Problem Solved - if you follow the simple, illustrated directions carefully and to the letter. You CAN'T make a mistake and break the mod like I did, because I'll show you step-by-step how NOT to!
No Worries, my guide is designed to further simplify an already, easy procedure, and make it TROUBLE-FREE and educational too. Some might even say it's not that big a deal to warrant such a fancy guide. I disagree, because I've destroyed the mod by making an easy mistake and know how daunting a task this can be for any novice (who doesn't even know how things work).
So. I had a little time on my hands and some experience writing tutorials, and wanted to contribute to the Tes for all the help and modifications it's given me, over two years of trouble-free use. And besides, I wanted to improve the popularity of V's wonderful Mod by showing anyone how to improve their FPS performance while using the Real High Heels system.
Finally, I hope you, and everyone using this guide has as much FUN fixing your High Heels scripts as I did illustrating how to. Best of luck and happy script editing ; )

NOTE: I noticed that Wordpad HTML links won't work for some people if they don't have Windows Explorer set as the Default Browser (Win 7 at least). You can Enable this through "Control Panel/Default Programs" and reset it back when you've finished... or just copy 'n paste 'em - it's that easy! [/size]
