I am looking for someone to take over this mod. You will get complete control with a few conditions. If you're up for it send me a message and i will see if i will give you the mod.

Conflicts: Shouldn't be any ; its all in its own worldspace.
Planned Additions:

Smuggling ring questline similiar to Thieves guild.
Quest to overthrow the silver claws.
Player ownable House.
Finish all interiors and add Npcs.
How to get there: (Check image of map)

A boat in a new dock along the coast of anvil, just open the door on it to take you there or through console commands such as COC CreonTip or FeyDocks02. Map marker included as of 8.0.1R fast travel there right from the start for ease of accsses!

Bugs: Silver Hands attack each other in their skooma warehouse= Fixed in 8.0.2R update.

The Isle of Fey with the town of Fey(75% complete) and the Ravenheart District.(25% Complete)
The Isle of Creon. (70% Complete)
More Islands
All in their own worldspace
