It's taken six years, but finally someone's done it. There have been hints at a toilet mod for some time now, especially with the sudden influx of toilet resources this year, coupled with Basic Personal Hygiene, the first "go to the toilet" mod.
This mod adds toilets to Cyrodiil. Nothing more, nothing less. The system is as follows:
Upper class houses get semi-modern-looking (as if flushing) stone and metal toilets. Middle class houses get toilets ("commodes") with chamber pots. Lower class houses do not have interior toilets, and these citizens have to make use of the 2-4 outdoor toilets in each city. Ayleid ruins now get toilets. Ayleid stone ones that is, one per ruin. You can't expect such an advanced civilisation to commonly go against a tree, especially in the midst of their underground cities. Lastly, random-world Oblivion towers get toilets. Daedric ones, that is, usually on the ground floor next to the blood fountain/magicka essence. Because even Dremora have got to go sometimes.
Anvil, Bravil, Bruma, Cheydinhal, Chorrol, Skingrad, and Leyawiin have all been plumbed in the manner shown above, as have about 90 percent of isolated villages and houses. The Imperial City has not been given toilets yet, but it may be in a future version. (Plumbing the IC would double the workload, seeing as nothing but the Waterfront would not get upper-class loos).
For Basic Personal Hygiene users, an objects ini has been included that makes BPH recognise the toilets in this mod.
