A quest that you kill both the count of Bravil, and his son. This quest starts through talking with Ocheeca about the sanctuary (or via console command "player.addtopic 0JebxxSpecialContract" -no quotes-) then talking to Vicente Valtieri (if you already killed him, it's ok, it should work with Arquen, although the text may seem odd), and the rest goes from there.

To get the weapons when you become the count/ess, talk to Hans Black-Nail.

If there are any conflicts as far as vanilla quests, I believe I have fixed them. There is one problem in older versions if you have already bought the house in Bravil already, just console: "player.setstage 0JebxxKillCount 50" -no quotes- if you need to.
