Compatibility Patch for MTC Extended Villages and The Lost Spires

Compatibility Patch to allow users to play Nernie's "MTC Expanded Villages" mod alongside The Lost Spires.
Nernie's mod expands on several of the villages in Oblivion, including Pell's Gate. When used with The Lost Spires, the Archaeology Guild creates landscape tears in the town of Pell's gate, floating and buried houses, etc. This patch was made by request to fix those issues. I believe the only conflicts with the two mods are in the Pell's Gate area.

Requires:
* Nernie's MTC Expanded Villages mod
* The Lost Spires mod
* If you use Unique Landscapes, you'll need patches for both mods

Since Nernie's mod alters Weye, any mod that alters Weye is likely to conflict. Obviously that includes AFK_Weye and Region Revive: Lake Rumare. I have a couple different compatibility patch options for those available on the Nexus. Check my files for downloads and options. There's also a compatibility patch there for Arthmoor's Faregyl village as well.
If you encounter any errors or find conflicts outside the Pell's Gate area please let me know so I can fix them.
