North east of Weye, on the Imperial City island, top left hand corner, when looking at the map.
The key to open the door is on the floor to the left.
Installation:
Place the .esp file into the Data folder in the Oblivion game folder
C:\\Program Files(x86)\\Bethesda Softworks\\Oblivion\\Data
Note: This is the default folder location for windows 7
If you did not change where the game was installed to the Program Files(x86) folder can also be named Program Files(x32) or Program Files.
You can use this mod in any way you want, but you must credit my work and the game Oblivion by Bethesda Softworks.
