Playing the game I always felt that Pells Gate
wasn't really anything, just a village with nothing to do
or a use to the player. So I wanted to make it better and
feel like its a village, not just a ghost village that no one
cares about and just leaves like I did. here is my mod to
make the village more alive and when you go by the village
you want to stop by and stay for a bit, or come and go
during your adventures.

- Fixed cell grids
- Fixed some rocks that where underground.
- Fixed and added more misc in the houses.

- Added lights around the village.
- Aadd few guards for some protection.
- Add a farm , with house and farmer.
- Added a Merchant to sell your items.
- More / better Decor.

Installation:

Simply extract the mod to your Oblivion Data folder.
Then start up your OblivionLauncher and select this mod
as active.

Don't know but might conflict or have issues

find bunch of objects 1/4 in the wall / floating
in the air, none of them where removed that where
like that but I did put back where they should
have been place.
