   You get to go back later in the standard game. I think its during the thieves guild quests.

   Great for getting those armors that are added by mod, in the sewers at the begining of the game. I got a little annoyed at the fact that if you go through the sewers, then get a mod that adds some cool weapon or something down there, well, tough luck you couldnt go back and get them. But now I can go back and get them!. "> thanks
