Hilltop Lodge v1.1
By Specter24

This mod adds a player home called Hilltop Lodge to the game.

===========
Update v1.1:
===========
This update has been in the works for some time now, I only wish I had released it sooner. Anyway, I have made quite a few changes and additions to the mod, here are some of them:

- Fixed landscaping around exterior stairs so they no longer seem like they're floating (A small oversight on my part!).

- Changed the lighting in the catacombs levels to a darker, more subdued, tone.

- Changed lighting in the lodge and lodge basement from yellow to orange.

-Changed lighting in the store from yellow to orange.

- Added new traps to the catacombs levels, as well as a few cobwebs here and there.

- Added a well with small interior cell.

- Re-arranged the furniture in the alchemy lab.

- Changed Enchanting and Spellmaking stations from altars, to unique stones.

- Replaced vanilla static alchemy clutter with clutter created by Stroti.

- Cleaned up the storage vault so it doesn't seem so cluttered, I also jazzed it up a little.

- Moved the pots and pans in the kitchen area to a shelf (The rack just wasn't working the way I wanted.).

- Revamped the area just off the living room, it now includes a bookshelf, and a cupboard/shelf with misc. clutter on it.

- "Tomb Guardian" is now called "Shade Of Ulfgar".

- Replaced the Excalibur sword with Longclaw!

- Added a new puzzle to the catacombs levels.

- Added new clutter here and there.

=======
Update:
=======
Fixed 2 minor oversights on my part:

- The kitchen cupboard in the main lodge is now non-respawning.

- I adjusted the exterior staircase so that it no longer extends out of bounds.

===========
Description:
===========
Perched on a hill top just North of the Ayleid ruin of Lipsand Tarn, is the Hilltop Lodge. Hilltop Lodge is the kind of place you go when you just want to get away from it all!

Details:

This mod is a step between my extravagent Akaviri Manor, and low-key Pale Pass Retreat mods. Here's a sample of what you will find:

- Master bedroom with "The Luggage"

- Guest bedroom with hidden closet

- Kitchen area with cooking range and kitchen tools

- Dining area with filled wine racks

- Living area with mounted heads and several display cases

- Your very own pet timber wolf! (She's not a companion, she's just for looks!)

- A vault with non-respawning containers for all your goodies

- A display room with numerous display cases for your special treasures

- A mages room with alchemy lab, alchemical ingredient sorter, and spellmaking/enchanting altars

- Just outside the lodge is a deck with commanding views of Cyrodiil

=========
The Store:
=========
Next door to the lodge is a store called "Greywind Sisters Goods and Trade"run by the Greywind sisters, Sansa and Arya (The names are, of course, a tip of the hat to George R. R. Martin!). Sansa buys and sells weapons and armor and offers repair services, while Arya buys and sells pretty much everything else and recharges magical items.

==============
The Catacombs:
==============
The catacombs is a 3-level dungeon I created specially for this mod. The entrance to the catacombs is hidden somewhere in the house, so you'll have to look around to find it! I designed the catacombs to be difficult for higher level characters, so I recommend not trying it until you're at least level 18 or above. Those that survive the passage through the catacombs will find the reward is well worth the risk!

============
Requirements:
============
Oblivion patched to the latest version.

CObl - http://tes.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=21104

Also, make sure to download the Cobl Cosmetics Res 01 file as well as this file is needed for the mod to work properly.
============
Compatibility:
============
So far, the only mod I know this is NOT compatible with, is Unique Landscapes. That means any of the mods that alter the mountains North of Chorrol. Other than that, there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.
