About this mod

Tamriel has been invaded by Akavir (again) – but this time from both sides. Now, the Akaviri are fighting themselves. They have split up into two factions – Hanshin and Musashi, led by the Shogun Iwama and Moriteru respectively. A war was unavoidable, and its staging point is between the two nations, otherwise known as Cyrodiil.

Most Cyrodiil has been taken over, and the Imperials are trapped inside the Imperial City, the only part of the nation that is still Imperial.

Anyway, the mod. It adds part of the nations of Hanshin and Musashi. Oh, and sets half of Bruma on fire. Forgot to tell you about that earlier.

To all of you who worry that a full-scale Akaviri invasion conflicts with the Main Quest, it doesn't. What better time for Mehrunes Dagon to strike than when Cyrodiil is already at war? (Think: Alduin attacked Skyrim when said province was engaged in a similar war).

Mod features:

-Adds 2 new Akaviri (Japanese) settlements N of Anvil. (And N of Sutch as well, in case you were worried). This area is Hanshin, and the settlements are named Daito and Kanmachi.
-Adds Japanese items to said settlements, including house interiors, weaponry, food, and a few Akaviri-text books.
-The settlements in Hanshin contain are 9 houses, 2 general shops, 1 bookshop, 2 weapon smiths, 1 magic shop, 1 dojo, and 1 castle between them.
-The two settlements are linked by a path consisting of 500 Japanese Torii gates (yes, 500, I counted them!).
-In the middle of the Torii path, there is a small Shinto shrine and a road to Cyrodiil. At the Cyrodiil end, it is a continuation of the road leading to Lord Drad's estate, and this is signposted “Kanmachi” from the Gold Road.
-All houses and shops have NPCs, complete with functioning AI.
-Interiors of houses are laid out in the Japanese manner, with floor seats, fusuma, tatami and futon.
-Adds several katana retextures and naginata.
-Musashi, currently consisting of a fort, is located east of Cyrodiil.
-The fort contains a hall, dojo and living quarters.
-Musashi is linked to Cyrodiil by a complete two-stage Ayleid ruin. (The entrance is near Fort Scinia)
-Both Hanshin and Musashi come with generated landscapes.

-----------Within Cyrodiil-----------

-Each city now has an allegiance to Hanshin or Musashi. This is shown by flags on the castle (in both the city and Tamriel worldspaces) and by banners inside the castle and in the castle district of the city. Every city is affected apart from the Imperial City.
-The counts are completely different – their names are changed, they look different, and their titles are changed from Count to Daimyo. (However, apart from their greetings, everything else remains the same. For example, the construction set ID of “Daimyo Kaitenko” is still “MilonaUmbranox”.

-Bruma is under siege by Musashi forces. Both gates have been barricaded, samurai stand outside the gates, and the northeast quarter of the city is on fire.
-Bruma can still be entered, but only via Bruma Caverns. (The siege does not change over time, so all users should assume that food is brought in via the Caverns)
-The Hammer and Axe has been destroyed completely. The House for Sale has been deemed unfit, so the door has been removed (it still LOOKS like there's a door there, but it's just part of the static model). Ditto for Lyra Rosentia's house, but Lyra is inside one of the inns. Wildeye Stables has been destroyed by the samurai.
-The cathedral spire has crashed onto the main road of Bruma. (read: the cathedral has been changed to the Kvatch model).
-Pathgrids have been edited, so that nobody tries to walk through the spire and so that nobody goes near the inferno.
