Description
===========
This mod adds a new player home. The house is large and luxurious and loaded with scripted features. It also has a butler with his own set of features. To gain possesion of the house you will have to complete a quest including a custom dungeon.

Location
========
The house is located in the following cells, worldspace Tamriel
Wilderness 32,-39 / Wilderness 32,-38 / Wilderness 31,-38 / Wilderness 31,-39 / Wilderness 31,-40
That is somewhere on the eastern borders of Cyrodiil, a bit to the east of Fort Blue Blood.

Details
=======
The house starts in a haunted state. You will have to finish a quest before you can begin furnishing the house. Once the quest is done you will have a butler and a house full of rubble. By then you can find new furniture in various stores around Cyrodiil. Once furnished, each room is totally transformed and will have scripted features such as light switches and effects that can be turned on and off, hidden passages and more.

Requirements
============
The dialogues are not voiced. Elys Universal Silent voice is recommended to give you more time to read.
Roberts male bodies and HGEC female bodies required for the included clothing to show up correctly.

Tips
====
Subtitles are advised during a certain scripted conversation between NPC's so you can read what is being said. It is also recommended to save before this particular conversation. You will know when it is coming. Sometimes the NPC's get distracted and the conversation doesn't finish, causing important scriptupdates to be missed. If that happens you will have to reload and try again.

Bring an enchanted or silver weapon, some enemies can't be hurt by normal weapons. Some supplies for a reasonably long dungeon may come in handy.
Also make sure you have something to light your way. It is pretty dark. Torches are ok, a light spell is handy during combat letting you use your shield. Nighteye works but may ruin the atmosphere.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
The Unholy Darkness vampire mod can make the dungeon part a lot more difficult due to it making vampires a lot stronger. Low level vampire characters will get in serious trouble. In addition, if your master comes to pull you out of the dungeon, the quest will be broken. I have it myself and managed to get through with a level 40 vampire character using vanilla armor and a sword with a good enchantment. I had to cap the levels on the other enemies to balance it out. As a result, high level characters in a mostly vanilla game may find it too easy, but what isn't at that point?

The dust came back! Calm down. How long since you got it cleaned? It should come back after 3 days, you can get it cleaned again. If it came back sooner and there is no option to clean it, there is something wrong.

I've waited for ages and there is never any new mail. That's because the mailmain is shy. He won't visit while you stay at the house. Go out and adventure, when you come back there may be something new.

I called for Ryan but he takes ages to show up. That's because it is not an instant summon. It triggers a find player package and he will come to you if you don't leave the house. But he may take a while to locate you.

Future plans
============
A version including Shivering Isles resources, COBL and OBSE. After that, I'm considering the option of making Ryan into a companion but that will take a lot more work.
