I uploaded similar mod on skyrimnexus 2 days ago and thought I should upload the one I had in Oblivion too. I made this mod back in September or October and used to only share it with friends and on my blog. But since it only uses vanilla game assets, I don't see why I shouldn't post it here too.
Before people mention it, I know this is William Tells apple. Ragnarok item was openly inspired by this story. This item try to replicate the headgear of Ragnarok Online.
Since there's no dexterity stat in TES, I put Fortify Agility and Willpower 6 each.
You can get this item by using player.additem command in console.
the item ID is xx000EE5
xx being your mod order Form ID (mouse over the esp in OBMM or use TES4Edit to know that number)
