Description
===========
Falwin Merowald (Aelwin Merowalds brother) is on the search to make some money and is selling his little cottage in Weye.

Location
========
In Weye, which is located at the entrance to the Imperial City before the Talos Bridge. It is opposite the Wawnet Inn.

Details
=======
This mod adds a small, cosy house in Weye. The deed can be bought from Falwin Merowald in the Wawnet Inn for 1087 gold. After buying the deed, the key will be added to your inventory. After receiving the key just simply go across the road and enter the house.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
3. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the lb_buttercup_cottage 1.1.esp file.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the lb_buttercup_cottage 1.1.esp from \Oblivion\Data\.

Upgrade
=======
1. Remove lb_buttercup_cottage.esp from you \Oblivion\Data\ folder.
2. Copy lb_buttercup_cottage 1.1.esp to that folder.
3. Open Oblivion launcher and put a check beside lb_buttercup_cottage 1.1.esp
4. Launch Oblivion and play!

Incompatibility
===============
Any mods that affect Weye MAY conflict with this mod. If it doesn't go near the area the house is in then it should be ok.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
In version 1.0 it has been reported that the house can be bought for free by just walking in. It was a mistake as I forgot to edit the ownership. That's what I've updated in 1.1.
