HiRez Armors

Mod Description (General)
==========================
A series of armor textures for Oblivion which, as the name would suggest, are much higher resolution than the originals, usually double the size. These aren't just upscaled vanilla textures with a sharpen filter though- this mod strives to add new detail that often completely changes the look of the armor, while retaining elements of the original. Designs are inspired by medieval armors primarily, as well a heavy dose of Morrowind and Skyrim, both of which are artistically much stronger than Oblivion as far as textures are concerned. That being said, I think Oblivion's armor models have a lot of untapped potential, which this mod aims to unleash.

Mod Description (Detail)
========================
This rendition of the iron armor set is fairly ornate, with engravings and flowery designs that set it apart from its vanilla counterpart. This will be a common theme in this series, and some people may object, as iron armor is the cheapest and worst of the heavy armors. That being said, I chose to make it fancier chiefly because it's more aesthetically pleasing, but also because there's not really a such thing as "cheap" metal armor. In real life, the only people wearing a suit of armor would be knights and noblemen, so it's not out of the question for it to be a cut above leather or chainmail artistically.
