This is a small utility I made to reorganize the mod load order. It's a really simple program, mostly made to see if I could, not because there isn't other programs out there that do the same thing. I like this better because it's easier, for me, to move things around in the list. You just select the file you want to move, and, using the ALT key and the UP/DOWN arrow keys, you move it to where you want it in the list.
INSTALLATION - There is none. It has no installer, it's a completely portable, single file, just put it somewhere and make a link to it. That's all.
UPDATE: Added version 2, which fixes some issues within XP and Windows 7. Added a few new features too.
