This mod is a request from MidbossVyers

This mod adds the Youkai race to the game, based off of the Exceptional Youkai, particularly Rumia, from the Touhou series. The race itself was made from the Lop-ear Elf Mini race that is associated with the 117 Race mod, so it has all the hairs and eyes that come with that race (even though some are not particularly necessary). While the only visual difference is the ears, the Youkai race is quite different in stats.

Attributes:
Str - 40
Int - 30
Wil - 30
Agi - 50
Spd - 40
End - 40
Luc - 50
Pers - 40

Skill Bonuses:
+5 to Blade, Speechcraft, and Marksman
+10 to Acrobatics, Sneak, and Block

Specials:
Star of the East (Greater Power) - Absorb Health 100 points on touch - costs nothing, but can only be used once a day
Field of Darkness (Lesser Power) - Invisibility for 15 seconds on self - Costs 60 magicka

Disposition:
-5 to Imperials, Nords, Redguards, and Bretons
+5 to Argonians and Khajiit

Installation
------------
Extract the archive and copy the "Data" folder to your "Oblivion" folder. There should not be anything to overwrite.
Open OBMM/WryeBash/whatever you use to manage Oblivion mods and check the box next to "Youkai Race".
