Adds a small and cozy cabin to Tamriel, overgrown and awaiting a new owner. No quests this time. The key is under a rock in front of the house.
This was originally supposed to be a replacement for the Imperial City Player Home, but since I don't believe in overriding vanilla player houses I decided to make it an abode all of its own.

Please note:
The All Natural patch will make the house a lot more dark. In my opinion this ruins the atmosphere of the home, but I like AN and wanted to include the option.
The COBL patch will add the Luggage and make the alchemy storage shelf fully functional. Those who do not use COBL may still use it as a container.
The Bathing patch will use Antistar's Bathing Mod instead of the alternative bathtub. If you do not have BM you may use this instead. It will give a small boost to your personality and disease resist once a day when activated.
The trashcan is set to respawn, so only put items in there that you really want to get rid of!
This mod was cleaned with TES4Edit before release.
Installation:
Extract the contents of the archive to a secure location, then move them into your data folder. In your oblivion menu tick the box next to Pel'alise Haven.esp and any applicable patches.
Uninstallation:
Untick the box next to the mod and any patches you may have installed. Remove the content you put in your data folder.
Incompatibilities/Known Issues:
Any other mod that alters the world space I used.
