Hyacinth House
My third home for Oblivion. This Cheydinhal style home is actually in the Great Forest, northeast of Chorrol, just off the Orange Road, due north of Lindai. The map marker for the property is visible and can be traveled to immediately after activating the mod, but the house will be locked up. The deed and key can be purchased from Estelle, at Renoit's Books, in Chorrol. The price is 5,000 to 10,000 gold, depending on your skills.

It's suitable for one, but does include a guest bed in the basement, for those over night visitors. Ample storage throughout the house, which includes a static winerack in the basement, and a row of books near the desk on the second floor, for book storage. Most of the containers start out empty. All of them do not respawn. It's decorated with middle class furnishings.

Outside the house are the stables, a small flower bed, and a japanese style pond.

Installation
Unpack the zip file to a convenient location, then place the meshes and textures into their appropriate places in the Oblvion Data folder. Activate the esp entitled "gfhouse" on your next game start up and you're good to go. I packed the zip file kind late one night so hopefully I haven't forgotten any of the meshes and textures. Be sure to give me a shout if I've overlooked something.
