About this mod

Open Cities Reborn by Arthmoor is awesome but I though there were a few things that needed to be changed. I have therefore made these add-ons to OCR.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
These add-ons require Open Cities Reborn (OCR) by Arthmoor! Duh!

OCR-Skingrad Classic
--------------------------------------

This add-on returns the city of Skingrad to its classic look. It's still an open city though.
The reason I made this add-on was because I thought that reborn Skingrad looked odd.
Skingrad is supposed to be crammed, that's appearant from the architecture where the buildings are leaning out over the roads to utilize every last bit of space. Suddenly there was a big open area in the middle. So why was nothing built in that? It looks like all the buildings are hugging the walls as close as possible leaving untouched ground in the middle. And why does none of the buildings have windows in the direction of this beautiful parkland? It would certainly be more pretty to look at than the neighbours house and let in more light.
That's because there used to be a wall there!
All this add-on does is return the walls and the west bridge and remove the things that were in the way of the wall. There is no major redesign. The walls and bridge was copied directly from SkingradWorld.
I also moved the gallows, which where in the way of the wall, to outside the city walls and pathing has been corrected so that NPCs may use the west bridge and won't try to walk through the walls.

OCR-Flags Removed
--------------------------------------------

This add-on removes the gargantuan flags on top of the castles in OCR.
Why? Because they are unproportionally big. They would look awesome in a strategy war game, but they are just too big for Oblivion.
Also, someone reported lag caused by the flags. If there's any truth to that accusation I don't know.

OCR-East Wind
------------------------------------------

This add-on to OCR does two things:
1: It adds small versions of the giant flags seen on each castle in OCR to the city gates and castles.
2: It makes all flags flow in an eastward direction.

To be specific the flags flow in the following direction:
Anvil: East-NorthEast (Z: -20 degrees)
Skingrad: East (Z: 6 degrees)
Chorrol: East-NorthEast (Z: -20 degrees)
Bruma: North-NorthEast (Z: -70 degrees)
Cheydinhal: East (Z: -10 degrees)
Bravil: East-NorthEast (Z: -20 degrees)
Leyawiin: NorthEast (Z: -40 degrees)

Compatibility:
------------------------------------
These add-ons are fully compatible with each other.
If you want to use both OCR-Flags Removed and OCR-East Wind then make sure OCR-Flags Removed load AFTER OCR-East Wind or it won't have any effect since OCR-East Wind alters the big flags and would thus over write the changes in OCR-Flags Removed.

Please report any incompatibilities with other mods.

Open Cities Classic (OCC): These add-ons are dependent on OCR and you shouldn't enable OCR and OCC at the same time. Besides, OCC doesn't have the big flags, it already have the classic look on Skingrad and the layout in OCR is so diffrent that many of the flags in OCR-East Wind would end up in weird places.
Blood & Mud: There's a Blood & Mud version of OCR, but I've never played Blood & Mud. If Blood & Mud changes Bravil castle layout and location from that in regular OCR then the flags in OCR-East Wind might end up in the wrong places.

Technical stuff
-------------------------------

These add-ons were cleaned with TES4Edit according to this guide: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/TES4Edit_Cleaning_Guide

OCR-East Wind.esp makes the big flag in Chorrol persistent. This is necessary to allow it to be an "enable parent". The add-on adds a small flag where the big flag stands in Chorrol and Bravil and they have both been set to have the big flag in Chorrol as their enable parent with opposite state. That means that if you use both OCR-East Wind and OCR-Flags Removed the small flags will take the big flags' places in Chorrol and Bravil. That's because OCR-Flags Removed was cleaned with the "undelete and disable" method which undeletes stuff that a plugin has deleted and then disables them and move them far under the ground. Those two small flags will therefore sense that the big flag in Chorrol has been disabled and will therefore become enabled.

It's fun to learn new modding stuff. ^^
I learned several new thing while making these add-ons.
OCR-Skingrad Classic was the first time that I tried pathing and landscaping (some minor landscaping was necessary to make the ground level with both sides of the west bridge).
I also learned how to make an add-on to another mod by using TES4Gecko to change plugins to masters and change the master lists of plugins.
It's also the first time I've cleaned a plugin.
It's even the first time that I will upload an Oblivion mod to TESNexus.
I have modded before, but I've mostly made small fixes and minor changes to other mods to suit my tastes. Nothing really worth uploading. Besides, those changes were often edited into the affected mods instead of made as add-ons like these. So it's nothing I would want or be allowed to upload.
