1. INFORMATION ON THE MOD

This mod adds a chest containing unenchanted and non-scripted copies of the KOTN heavy and
light armor and unenchanted and non-scripted KOTN weapons to a spot behind the Priory of the Nine
chapel.

This mod is useful if you do not like the enchantments and script effects of some of the
pieces of armor and the weapons from Knights of the Nine. This mod makes it so you can have the items
look like the ones in the DLC, but lets you have them with no effects at all, or lets you take them to
an alter of enchanting to put the enchantments you like on them.

The armor comes in both light and heavy versions, so there are two sets of armor in the
chest. There is one copy of the mace and one copy of the sword in the chest, neither of which have
enchantments or scripts. The chest does not respawn. The items are all of the highest level available
in Knights of the Nine.

You must keep the mod active to retain the items once you get them.

The items have no enchantments and no scripts, so you can't have cool things like Holy Aura
or Woodland Grace while wearing the modded versions of the items that would ordinarily give you these
effects. On the positive side, scripts will not make you remove these items if you accidentally commit
some crimes and gain some infamy.

The chest is there from the very beginning of the game. You do not have to have reached a
certain point in the Knights of the Nine questline to get them.

This does not have to be used as a cheat mod. You can refrain from picking up an item in
the chest until you have found the real one by doing a quest. Then you can stick the real one in the
chest and take the unenchanted, unscripted one to use while playing.

This mod requires Knights of the Nine. Otherwise you will get a chest floating in mid-air,
missing meshes, and possibly CTDs.

2. Installation

You must install the prerequisite before using this mod: This mod requires Knights of the
Nine. Otherwise you will get a chest floating in mid-air missing meshes, and possibly CTDs.

Extract (decompress) the .esp to your Oblivion directory. The default is:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\
If asked if it is okay to merge folders, say yes. Mark the box next to the "KOTN Crusader Relics
Unenchanted" plugin.

Alternately, extract someplace else. Then move the .esp to Oblivion\Data. If asked if it
is okay to merge folders, say yes. Mark the box next to the plugin.

This mod requires Knights of the Nine. Otherwise you will get a chest floating in mid-air
missing meshes, and possibly CTDs.

examined and hopefully be fixed.

You are only allowed to install and play this mod if you own a copy of Knights of the Nine. This

it as long as you put my name in the credits and send me a message stating that you have used my work.
