This is just a simple recolor of the existing Elven armour to make it more gold rather than yellow/green. It is a replacement, NOT new armour and just has texture files and requires no ESP.
Just extract to your Oblivion folder. The Readme has more instructions, especially if the new textures do not load on their own.
