Admittedly, this patch does make it TI somewhat more usable with Better Citites; however, it's still pretty bad. Comparisons between what shows with Better Cities, TI, and this mod and the screen shots...show large differences. Foliage makes navigation on the island extremely difficult (you can't see where you're going, and if it wasn't night, I'd have never noticed one of the buildings -- only notice b/c of the window light) and there are still strong floating-ground issues, esp when seen from the dock.
Load order is as specified and Better Cities is the only terrain-changing mod I have for that part of the world.
