ever wanted a to live at an inn? without paying nightly rent? Well now you can, cause the inn of ill omen is open for business.

a recently deceased adventurer had lodgings at the infamous Inn of Ill Omen. with his death his room in the private quarters has become available to a fellow student on the path of Cyrodill. Discover and covent the finds of the late adventurer, and rest in the comfort of your own musty and dusty room.
includes:
unique dagger from an alyeid ruin ( its special effect is it ignores normal weapons resistance)
ancient alylied panel of enchanting
one welkie stone
nonrespawning chest to store gear
bookcase for books or display
bed owned by the player
good lighting
and a wolf rug for style
