Can someone explain why, when I load my game EVERY time, I have a 600 Bounty? It only started when I went to Elsweyr. It's annoying since my character has over 100+ Fame now and need to avoid guards. Even when I "pay' the fine, I keep getting it when I reload my game. If this is the result of the mod, then forget it.

Is there any chance of the two legion forts (the one near Dune and the one near Orcrest) to be changed to Morrowind-style forts, which I think would be more lore-friendly than using the 1st era-style as now? (yes I know it'd mean creating New custom models)
all I'd ask for would be that barrack sections of the forts get finished.

Patch works perfectly fine for me (so far). NPCs act weird sometimes, but that's to be expected in this game. Dune's performance is still low, but I think the patch improved it just a bit at least.
not sure why but every time I get near the city of Dune my game crashes every thing else woks fine just that one city I looked it up and it must be in the mod itself is there anything I could do to fix that? or could someone clean up the city taking out non merchant and non essential to quest NPC's and random non unique clutter? I haven't had any problems with earlier versions of the mod just seems to be a new issues with more recent updates
edit: after days of trying I figured out how to get into Dune approach the city around midnight and use the killall command to kill the guards and people around the area that frees up enough room to actually get into the city then use the resurrect command to bring back desired people such as merchants if any then use the disable command to clean up unneeded guards and citizens, anyone associated to quests is usually marked as essential and cannot be killed with the kilall command, also picking up anything that is not bolted down is a good idea
there is also some missing meshes and textures within a few interior cells most likely incorrect paths to the items a few said beds when I clicked on the yellow floating exclamation marks a couple said trap door on them, for the most part they can just be removed ladders with the trap door above them should be looked at and in the adjacent cells to get back down the ladders
Which interior cells had the missing meshes? I don't think Elsweyr added any new bed meshes and just used the original Oblivion versions so I'm not sure how they could be missing. You could try redownloading and reinstalling the mod to make sure everything was installed correctly.

I found out what it was somehow some meshes and textures went missing from your mod and to me it appeared to be a light source within interiors so by reinstalling it seems to have fixed the issues
